To ensure the business creates value for all the actors in the poultry value chain, the business develops a downstream industry with a structured grain outgrower scheme using digital technologies to integrate smallholder farmers into the lucrative poultry sector. Smallholder farmers growing Maize and soybeans are being supported with digital credit and technical assistance to produce all the maize requirements.
